was founded in 2016. The specialists of our company work on the projects, in which the important solution for our customer will be optimal in concern with the cost of equipment maintenance and quick replacement of its individual components.
The process in a project can be conditionally devided into the following steps:

• identification of «weak» spots in equipment work;
• analysing of possible solutions to prove a unit and processing to replace separate details, unit itself and its components without interference into technological process;
• preparing of a technical task;
• work on choosing the materials for an onward product, which should look like the original specifications according to its specifications and could provide balanced process of individual equipment units;
• on request, preparation of drawings, 3D models of a product, its  rototypes, molds, and so on;
• producing of a trial sample and passing it to a customer for testing;
• serial production of details;
• technical support and correction of ready-made products.

The materials we work with: metals, plastic, polyurethanes as well as compound products, which contain different materials, including covering and heat treatment.
The finish result of cooperation with a customer must be improvement of the quality of a respective unit, its single component, or reducing the cost of such product without the change in overall quality specifications.
